Zest and quarter lemon. Bring garlic herb butter to room temperature. Pat salmon dry with paper towels; season all over with salt and pepper. Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add salmon to pan, skin sides down. Cook until skin is crispy, 5-7 minutes. Flip and cook until fish is opaque and cooked through, 1-2 minutes more. Transfer to a plate.
While salmon cooks, in a small bowl, combine half the butter and a big pinch of lemon zest. Squeeze lemon juice over salmon and top with a dollop of lemon-herb butter. Serve with remaining lemon wedges on the side.
Yes... And yes again. The portions are perfect with a delicate flavor. Cook it according to HF directions and you will get better than restaurant quality. So good!
The garlic herb butter went well with this and it was easy to cook too!
I cooked this for my Mom for Mother's Day and it was a hit. She loved it. And the recipe was so easy.
This salmon is the perfect serving size and very fresh.
Gets a little greasy to cook in a pan. Would have liked alternate oven directions.
Salmon snack! Mixed it with a little mayo and ate it cold!
Great we want more options with just meat and fresh herbs
Although I know how to cook salmon, my box did not include instructions for cooking and how to use the butter and lemon that were included with the market purchase.
Would really like to see more dishes made with salmon, as this is what I would like to eat every week!
I liked that cooking instructions came with the salmon, even though it was a separate pantry item.
