I'd say this was a basic lemon loaf. The taste was pleasant if not a little bland but the texture was a bit more crumbly than I enjoy. Would really shine with an icing of some sort.
Very nice lemon pound cake. It's not an overpowering lemon flavor. Gentle yet refreshing. Buttery and smooth.
The lemon Pound Cake was very moist and tasty. Perfect with a cup of coffee!
Going to keep this one on hand for our new favorite dessert. Spread Lemon Curd on slices and top with whipped cream. Delicious, light, and so easy to prepare.
Put fresh pineapple and strawberries over this lemon pound cake, the flavors were really enhanced
Super dense lemony goodness in each bite. We drizzle melted cream cheese icing over each slice to jazz it up for dessert.
It was moist and tasty. We love lemon; this cake needed more POW of the tart/sweet lemon taste. And, a glaze on top. Not too much, but definitely a little.
We loved the flavor. Tastes exactly like the lemon loaf from Starbucks without the frosting. I do wish it was presliced for portions.
Very moist and great lemon flavor. Had it as a dessert with vanilla ice cream
So moist and the perfect amount of lemon flavor! Delicious. Big yes!
