Lobster tails are as luxurious as they are delicious. Whether grilled, sautéed, fried, stewed, or scampied, they’re sure to satisfy. Want to add a little surf to your turf? Loving the sound of a veggie meal but want some extra protein? Why not throw in lobster tails for some cl-awesome flavor? It’s about to be a crustacean celebration. Cooking Steps

1

Using kitchen shears, cut along the underside of the lobster shells, leaving meat intact and stopping at the tail; pull sides of shell apart to expose meat (do not remove meat from shells). Season with salt and pepper.

2

Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add lobster, flesh sides up, along with a splash of water. Cover and cook until almost cooked through, 3 minutes. Uncover pan and add 2 TBSP butter; spoon butter over lobster until cooked through, 1 minute.

3

Using a chef’s knife, halve tails lengthwise. Brush with butter.

We loved these. So easy to cook and worth the price. Added it to some steak we had for surf and turf. Loved this as an extra protein option.

One of the lobster tails was fishy smelling and mushy (not firm), and slightly dark colored - this was indication of it not being as fresh as I'd want it to be.
