Turkey Sausage & Cheese Egg Bites: MICROWAVE: Open packaging slightly to vent. With egg bite in packaging, microwave until heated through, 40-60 seconds.
TOASTER OVEN: Preheat toaster oven to 350 degrees. Remove egg bite from plastic packaging and toast in toaster oven until heated through, 5-10 minutes

Breakfast Sausage: RECOMMENDED: Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add sausage and cook, turning occasionally, until browned all over and cooked through, 8-12 minutes.
OVEN ALTERNATIVE: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place sausage on a baking sheet. Roast until browned and cooked through, 18-20 minutes.

Liege Waffles: RECOMMENDED: Heat a waffle iron. Add waffle to iron. Warm for about 30 seconds.
TOASTER OR OVEN ALTERNATIVE: Heat toaster or traditional oven to low. Add waffle to toaster or oven. Warm for about 1 minute.
MICROWAVE ALTERNATIVE: Microwave waffle for 20 seconds.
