Shake to evenly distribute.
Remove lid and film. Add boiling water (or milk, for creaminess) to cover the oats by ½ inch.
Cover with lid and let stand for 3 minutes.
Stir well and enjoy! If you like your oatmeal sweeter, drizzle with maple syrup.
The oatmeal does not have a lot of flavor and is not very sweet. The biggest difference between the different flavors are the textures of the oatmeal. I did not like the texture of the sunflower seeds in the apple flavor.
I found that for a traditional creamy oatmeal texture you need a lot less liquid than what's indicated... other than that, the flavors were delicious
Good flavor without being too sweet. Great to put fresh or freeze dried fruit in.
Almond was fantastic. Apple was a little undersweetened for my taste
