This cheesecake may be mini in size, but it sure is mighty in flavor. Yep, this creamy confection has rich mascarpone and salty caramel. It’s sweet, slightly tangy, and all around divine. When you want to dig in, all you have to do is let it come to room temp. Sayonara, springform pans and fussy water baths! (Psst—personal-sized means you don’t have to share.) Very nice cheesecake. The salted caramel flavor is just right. Occasionally, you try something salted caramel and it's just way over the top. This was perfectly done! Now, to find when it's offered again for order. Yummy!
My hubby wouldn't share a bite with me. Not. One. Bite. But he swears this was the smoothest cheesecake he's ever had. The mascarpone gives it a different tang, very yummy and scrumptious! If you're a lover of caramel, this you MUST try. Next time, he'll get the plain and I'll get the caramel mascarpone!
Nice balance of toasty caramel and salt without the pasty feeling of regular cheesecake. Would love to see this with a toasted almond or pecan crust.
These cheesecakes are SO good. I thought they would be overwhelmingly caramelly, but they really aren't. They are cheesy and delicious. An appropriate amount of salt, too!
Portion was too large to eat in one sitting. Also, the salted caramel didn't come through for me, and I prefer a thicker crust.
We both thought this was the best cheesecake so far flavor-wise and it had a smoother, more velvety texture too
Awesome! Cheesy and creamy and delicious flavors of caramel and vanilla.
Was skeptical of this flavor of cheesecake but was surprisingly tasty, smooth, and perfect serving sizes!
The cheesecake part is delicious! I wish the crust had more texture to hold up against the cheesecake, and it looks nothing like the photo--it is not a nice tawny brown but a sad grayish light brown.
Even better than a cream cheese based cheesecake ~ so light and flavorful. Too bad it's not calorie free!
