I love this cheesecake! I usually divide the portion into two, which is more than enough for a sweet ending after dinner.
The strawberry was too processed and gel-like. We still ate them because the cheesecake is awesome. Flavor was good but the swirl was unappealing.
These were delicious little cheesecakes that my kids loved. It was only two servings but was easily enough for our family of four.

It was a bit too sweet. Could use less sugar, you lost the tart strawberry flavor. Could have used more salt in the crust.
