We’re pairing this bright and crunchy Sweet Kale salad—chock full of green cabbage, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, chicory, roasted pumpkin seeds, and dried cranberries—with pre-cooked chicken for a satisfying dish that’s ready in minutes. To take it to the next level, everything is tossed in a creamy poppyseed dressing. Lunchtime just got a whole lot easier (and a lot more delicious).

Pre-Cooked Chicken
Empty contents of salad kit into a large bowl. Drizzle with as much dressing as you like, then toss to evenly coat. Slice pre-cooked chicken and add on top.
This was so great-I rubbed the chicken with a little oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and Italian seasoning, threw it on a sheet pan while some garlic bread cooked, and I put the salad together. So easy, so fast, and you would never guess it from the taste!
This combo makes such a healthy, convenient weeknight meal (or lunch if I am home). Love the ease of the fully cooked chicken, and this salad mix is pretty good although I would live a different variety with better dressing.
Crisp fresh salad and the chicken breast was tender without a lot of added salt. Very tasty and I will order it again.
Ordered this item several times. All around a winner! Healthy, light and tasty. Not to mention easy and quick. Who could fault this salad combo.
The salad was alright, but the precooked chicken had an unusual texture. I thought the flavor of the chicken was alright but the texture was quite rubbery and just didn't feel right in my mouth. I only ate one piece, so I can't say for sure if it was a fluke or not. I don't know that I would attempt trying this again though.
The poppyseed dressing and the toppings are so good! And pre cooked chicken is fast and tasty!
Makes for a light summer dinner, have ordered the cooked chicken for other salads too.
I LOVE this packaged salad and dressing flavor. The ingredients work together perfectly. YUM
Good flavor. Really enjoyed the salad flavors themselves. Easy, quick prep for lunch
It was fine. The dressing was a little bland - I added some extra toasted sesame oil of my own. I would request that the nuts and sesame sticks be separately packaged for those of us avoiding gluten.
