These cheesecakes are legitimately the best cheesecakes I have ever had. They're dense and fluffy, rich, and creamy, and they're just the right balance between sweet and the tang cream cheese gives. The lava cakes, however were very rich with a cacao flavor, like dark chocolate, and I could only eat half one at one time. I did put some vanilla ice cream on them, and that went together sooo well.
Amazing flavor and rich texture for the lava cakes and the creamy vanilla heaven that are these cheesecakes were a highlight of the week.

The cheesecakes are fantastic, but the lava chocolate cakes tasted bitter and burnt and that's even with a barely molten center because I intentionally cooked it slightly less than instructed so as not to overdo the cake part. Even adding vanilla ice cream didn't fix that bitter taste. Back to the drawing board on the lava cakes.
Very very good. The cheese cake was creamy cheesy, and didn't have that preservative after flavor that most cheesecakes have. And the lava cake tasted freshmade also
The cheesecake was amazing! We added a fresh strawberry with a little glaze and they were perfect. The lava cakes were too rich for my taste. They have potential to be delicious but need to be topped with something to balance out the chocolate.
