This cheesecake may be mini in size, but it sure is mighty in flavor. Yep, this creamy confection is gussied up with white chocolate and swirls of raspberry jam. It’s sweet, slightly tangy, and all around divine. When you want to dig in, simply let it come to room temperature and enjoy. Who knew impressing your date could be so dang easy (and delicious)? *Nutrition values are representative of 1 cake.*

Literally best cheesecake ever. And my husband was only going to try one bite, and immediately picked it back up and had 2 more bites, it was SO GOOD!!
So good! But I did notice that the cheesecake part was a bit crumbly? The crust is amazing as always though!
Lotsa raspberry goodness right here! Always love the mini cheesecakes
Very tasty, hubby said could use a little more graham cracker crust.
This never made it to a meal. We ate them right away. Excellent, very tasty.
One of our favorites! I love the combination of flavors
Very good. Wish something this good could be less caloric!
Only lackluster thing about these is presentation. They just don't look quiiiiite as perfect as in the photo. That said, they're delicious, which is what truly matters.
The raspberry tasted cloyingly artificial and gummy. Purely real, fresh raspberry jam swirled in or even just put on top after baking would be much better!
I love these which means I have to stop getting them. A comment in general. I'm supposed to be on a low sodium diet and the best recipes are those that have high sodium. So I have to eat much less of them which means the recipe lasts for longer. And I end up eating the same thing for 3-4 days. It would be nice if there were more recipes that were lower sodium AND tasted good too!
