These pies may be mini in size, but they sure are mighty in flavor. Yep, these confections boast a buttery crust and a luscious pecan filling. They’re sweet, nutty, and all around divine. When you want to dig in, all you have to do is...nothing! Enjoy cold, at room temp, or warmed up in the microwave. (Psst—we highly recommend serving with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.) This mini pecan pie is one of the most scrumptious pecan pie nougat filling I ever tasted. The sweetness was just right and the pecan nougat texture quality was really creamy good. A really wonderful sweet treat to have again and again. I heated the pie a little bit and it was just like really fresh off the original bakery oven. So nice!
Okay, I love Pecan Pie... let me make that clear... I LOVE it, more than a friend. This Pecan Pie compared to others is easy, quick... single serve which is nice... (I can and have eaten a whole pie before.) The problems, the Nut to Custard ratio is very nut heavy, the custard isn't as gooey as it could be. The crust is dry... and lack luster on the flavor.
Had more pecans than some prepackaged pies, which was a nice surprise. The crust wasn't the best, not the flaky buttery crust that I prefer, but okay considering the convenience. I do find this an odd portion size. For me, it's a little too much for one sitting but not quite enough to split between two servings.
These pies were a reward item. I loved the gooey pecan filling...just as I would expect it to be. I'm a die-hard Southern cook with family pecan pie recipes to be envious of. The crust on this one was quite sturdy, and sweetened, which helped the cardboard nature of its texture. Probably necessary for UPS shipping.
My husband loves pecan pie. If you don't have a microwave just heat oven 350 for like 5 min ohh they're perfect temperature to serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
Best single serve pies we've gotten from hello fresh. The crust was a great texture and not at all soggy.
Can't believe I'm going to say this but....these little pecan pies were as good as the bigger pies my mama used to make for our holiday meals. Definitely worth that little extra add-on price!
Very good treat. I heated the already made pecan pies and they tasted just like they were fresh from baking in the oven. Pies had enough filling and had nice density. Crust were just the right nice texture. Sweet tasty treat!
These are delicious right out of the refrigerator. My husband loves pecans and the pies are just the right size for both of us to enjoy.
Not even the biggest fan of pecan pie (ordered it for my husband)- but it was delicious! Especially the crust; very buttery!
