• Adjust rack to middle position and preheat oven to 425 degrees. • In a small bowl, combine panko, Parmesan, paprika, a large drizzle of olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

• Pat chicken* dry with paper towels; season all over with salt and pepper. Place on 1 baking tray. • Evenly brush tops of chicken breasts with a drizzle of olive oil each. Mound coated sides with panko mixture, pressing to adhere. • 4 SERVINGS: Divide chicken between 2 trays.

• Cut or tear broccoli florets into bite-size pieces, if necessary. Toss on second baking tray with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place both trays on middle rack. • Roast until chicken is crispy and cooked through and broccoli is tender and lightly browned at the edges, 15-20 minutes. (Broccoli may finish before chicken—if so, remove from oven and continue roasting chicken.) • 4 SERVINGS: Divide broccoli between remaining 2 trays.

• Meanwhile, halve baguette lengthwise. When chicken has 5 minutes left, toast baguette in oven or toaster oven until lightly golden. • Spread cut sides of baguette with garlic herb butter. • Divide chicken, broccoli, and garlic bread between plates. Serve.
WOW! One of the easiest & most delicious dishes from Hello Fresh so far!! The prep time was lightening speed & cooking was super easy & fast with the trays. It all cooked in the oven which was awesome! It was absolutely yummy!! The chicken was the BOMB, such amazing flavors & it went perfectly with the broccoli & garlic bread! We will 100% be ordering this meal again! 10 out of 10 stars!!!
Very easy and quick to make. Delicious meal. However, we preferred adding a little water to the foil pan with the broccoli and then sealing it tightly to steam in the oven for the same length of time as the chicken. Plus we put the garlic herb butter on the bread before placing it in the oven, not after. Then we cut each half of the bread on the diagonal before serving.
This was a fabulous recipe, we ate every bit of it. Loved the chicken, the bread, added some chili and onion powder sprinkle over the roasted garlic but that wasn't necessary. Just was in the mood for more spice. Maybe u could include an optional spice packet for the roasted broccoli.
Chicken was tender and delicious. Garlic bread was tasty. I even decided to buy a tub or garlic butter. Yummy. I didnt care for the roasted broccoli but with cheese sauce it is much better.
My husband and I enjoyed this meal twice. I've ordered 4 portions so we can invite friends. The chicken was delicious and the roasted broccoli was good, too. The garlic bread was a nice addition.
The parmesan chicken is one of my favorites and the broccoli is a good and easy side to prepare. I really enjoyed this meal.
Loved it all. Crispy broccoli! Perfect flavored chicken. Moist and crunchy. Garlic butter on the bread is amazing
Chicken was superb. Broccoli was as expected. Nice to do an easy prep and clean up recipe now and again.
I don't know, this wasn't one of the better meals. I think change the broccoli to roasted cauliflower with grated parmesan cheese might help it. The chicken flavoring was just ok. I did like the pans came with it for easy clean up as described and the garlic bread was delicious!
Super yummy. Instructions weren't clear as to whether the garlic butter goes on the bread before or after the bread goes in the oven. Broccoli was not done enough for me but microwaved it to get it more done.
