Follow microwave instructions on the package. Enjoy!
I really enjoyed this dish. I was leery of the rice and sweet potato combination but it really works well. I enjoyed the different textures in this dish. They worked in harmony allowing each individual ingredient to shine as well as blend into make a yummy bite. The "pop" of the peas and the chewiness of the raisins made up for the softness of the rice and sweet potatoes. To be picky and to add my OWN personal preference, I thought there was too much curry sauce. The given amount overpowered all the other ingredients making the dish one-sided. So, when time I cooked this dish again, I removed some of the sauce (right after I pulled open the film) before mixing the ingredients together. Doing this made the dish delicious!!! All the ingredients were showcasing themselves as well as blending together harmoniously. Absolutely yummy!!
I ordered this out of curiosity. I thought it would be so,so...but worth giving it a try. This exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be ordering it again. As an FYi: I was attracted to Hello Fresh because of the new 'heat and eat' options. I usually get one box every other week.... the 2 meal (actually 4) option. I try to get one 'heat-and-eat' and one in which I do the cooking. Please keep this particular meal on your rotating list of menu options. DELICIOUS!
Very tasty. Sweet, light and flavorful sauce. Nice grouping of soft veggies. Satisfying. Since I don't use a microwave, I scooped the ingredients into a glass bowl and put it in my toaster oven at 350F for 20 minutes. Yum!
I had to read the instructions three times before I could believe it was really that easy! I love simple meals with just a few ingredients and lots of flavor. I have a few chronic illnesses, and something this easy lets me eat healthy, even on my bad days.
I'm not vegan or vegetarian, but this was terrific! I mixed in a small amount of leftover coconut curry chicken I had from the night before (Hello Fresh meal). It went perfectly. So good. I will get this again. Didn't like it came in a plastic microwave container so I dumped it in a dinner bowl, covered and heated for the same amount of time as directions. Perfect.
Very flavorful. Rice was aromatic and veggies were cooked perfectly. So easy to heat up eat for lunch.
I was a little skeptical about this, but it was delicious!! I wish I had more. It was filling and flavorful. I will be getting this again!
The only issue I have with these heat and eat items is heating the plastic containers in the microwave. I've started just transferring the meal to a bowl or plate and heating that way. Recipe was very tasty and just spicy enough for me.
Everyone in our family had the same reaction to this one. We liked the overall flavor and simple prep, but everyone thought the sweet potato in the meal was bland and actually detracted from the flavor.
A very tasty, and meat-free meal, which I try to do a few times a week. I like that it has less sodium than some of the other ready-made meals. I did miss the protein-punch of some of the other meals, tho, and it didn't quite carry me from lunch to dinner. I liked it enough to get this again, though.
