We invited a group of friends over for dinner. Bratwurst Bar was served and was a real hit! People commented, "Wow! This is gourmet." I chuckled because yes, it appeared and tasted gourmet, but it was easy to prepare. Thanks!
Great bratwurst and the pineapple relish was different and very good. Also a good value. Wasn't crazy about the slaw, it was pretty but not particularly tasty.
The add ons were so delicious. Especially the jam based sauce. Brats are hard to screw up but that leaves lots of opportunities to dress them up and make them even more delicious. This meal did that and more.
I loved it. The relish was so delicious. The bratwursts were small I would only suggests much larger ones because when they finish cooking they shrink. But it was muy delicioso
Our fault entirely - the col slaw didn't last long enough, some of buns dried out; the "berry jam" topping was something us "cheezeheads" have never considered - very interesting! This is where bratwurst are a revered as an official state icon. ;>
Okay this was incredible- to be honest I was not anticipating loving the pineapple/pickle relish BUT that was what made this meal incredible. 10/10
The sauces here are drool worthy! We just put al 3 (coleslaw, pineapple, and onions) on at once and couldn't believe how good it all was!
Everything was delicious! My only complaint is that the buns were too "bread-y" for the brats. They needed to be hollowed out. Maybe a softer roll would be better?
