In this extra-savory spin on burger night, spicy Old Bay seasoning and savory Worcestershire sauce add oomph to beef patties. Griddle to perfection, add cheddar slices, then tuck them into golden toasted brioche buns spread with what we call “Old Bay-oli”—that’s mayo, mustard, garlic, and Old Bay! Serve with seasoned potato wedges on the side.

Produced in a facility that processes eggs, milk, fish, peanuts, sesame, shellfish, soy, tree nuts, and wheat.

Cooking Steps

Roast Potato Wedges
1

• Adjust rack to middle position and preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash and dry produce. • Cut potatoes into 1⁄2-inch-thick wedges. Toss on a baking sheet with a large drizzle of oil, salt, and pepper. • Roast on middle rack until browned and tender, 20-25 minutes.

Prep & Make Aioli
2

• Meanwhile, thinly slice tomato into rounds. • In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, 1 tsp water, 1⁄2 tsp garlic powder, and 1⁄2 tsp OLD BAY® Seasoning (2 tsp water, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 1 tsp OLD BAY® Seasoning for 4 servings). Set aside until ready to use in Step 4.

Cook Burgers
3

• In a large bowl, combine beef*, 1⁄2 tsp OLD BAY® Seasoning, and 1⁄4 tsp Worcestershire sauce (1 tsp OLD BAY® Seasoning and 1⁄2 tsp Worcestershire sauce for 4 servings). (Save any remaining OLD BAY® Seasoning and Worcestershire sauce for another use!) • Form beef mixture into two patties (four patties for 4), each slightly wider than a burger bun. Season lightly with pepper. • Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add patties and cook until browned and cooked to desired doneness, 3-5 minutes per side. • In the last 1-2 minutes of cooking, top each patty with cheddar; cover pan until cheese melts.

Finish & Serve
4

• While patties cook, halve and toast buns until golden. • Spread a thin layer of OLD BAY® aioli on cut sides of bottom buns. Top with patties, tomato slices, and top buns. • Divide burgers and potato wedges between plates. Serve with remaining OLD BAY® aioli on the side for dipping.

Ground Beef is fully cooked when internal temperature reaches 160°.

I loved the flavors in this burger! The aioli was perfect - and it even surprised me that I liked it on the potato wedges, not just the burger. I have some texture sensitivities, so I didn't end up using the tomato, but it was delicious nonetheless. The potato wedges' seasoning was delicious as well! Overall, delicious!

Love these. The old bay sauce is delicious. I cooked my potato wedges at 450 for 20 minutes and then 425 for 5 minutes to reach the desire doneness for my family.

The OLD BAY aioli sauce was really, really tasty! My potatoes stuck to the pan so they turned into 'hash browns' but they were still delicious. Thank You!

All of the HF burger recipes are great- seriously! But we love anything old bay and this burger did not disappoint. I MAY have added way more old bay than the recipe called for but it made it that much more delicious

We're not familiar with "old bay seasoning" and I am causious on using to much spices in case we don't like it. But these burgers were DELICIOUS!! My extremely picky teen-aged daughter even loved them! Fresh homemade fries are so much easier than I thought.

I was megga skeptical of the old bay....what a wonderful flavor it adds to the burger, and the sauce may become a staple in our house.

The burger has great flavor and the sauce is fantastic. Potatoes need improvement. The burger options always have big steak fries as a side and they're blah. Improve the potato side dish!

The Aioli didn't taste good. The plum tomatoes wouldn't be my first choice of tomato for a burger. The potatoes sent were way too small to make wedges.

Great flavor. Easy to make. We are over the potato wedges that seem to come with WAY TOO MANY of these meals. They just to crisp like a fry & are kinda bland (even with adding some home spices).
