I didn't expect too much from this recipe, but now it's in our top 5 favorites. The veggie jumble was incredible. But so was the sauce for the pork. We really loved this one.
This dish was better than I could have imagined. A little bit of heat with the lime crema to cool it down. So saucy and so much flavor. I would give it more stars if I could.
This one is PACKED with flavor! Spicy, citrus-y, tender pork and delicious veg. 10 out of 10!

This meal is so good. I used the whole packet of tex-mex paste(even though the recipe called for half). It had a nice little kick to it. I will definitely order this again!

Oh man all the flavors for this came together so nicely!!! I thought it would be my least favorite but man those sweet potato's with the mix of veggies and the lime cream!! Ohhhh man it was amazing
This was great easy to prepare and quite tasty until we added the Tex-Mex sauce. It had way too much chili powder that gave it a bitter taste. So we just didn't use it because otherwise it was delicious.
Flavors were great. I submitted feedback, and the options weren't great to reflect the issue. I had enough pork and onions, but I had the tiniest sweet potato I have ever seen. So it made the entire meal a bit small; we had to supplement with other veggies
