Fall Pasta Primavera
We’ve brought you a twist on the classic “Pasta Primavera”, using Fall’s harvest instead! First, we pan-roasted parsnips, carrots and beets and then tossed this savory mixture with bow tie pasta. For some creamy saltiness, sprinkle a handful of parmesan cheese on top!
