All hail this 20-minute salad wrap dinner idea! It’s light, creamy, and bursting with texture and flavor. Here’s how: While Italian-seasoned chicken is searing to perfection, you’ll whip up a lemony, creamy Caesar dressing. Then, it’s time to wrap! Layers of savory chicken, juicy tomato, crisp dressed baby lettuce, and lots of Parmesan mingle in warm tortillas for a dinnertime coup the likes of which Brutus would be proud. Et tu, Chef?

Produced in a facility that processes eggs, milk, fish, peanuts, sesame, shellfish, soy, tree nuts, and wheat.

Cooking Steps

Prep
1

• Wash and dry produce. • Quarter lemon. Chop lettuce into bite-size pieces. Thinly slice tomato into rounds; season with salt and pepper.

Cook Chicken
2

• Pat chicken* dry with paper towels and season all over with half the Italian Seasoning (you'll use more in next step), salt, and pepper. • Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken in a single layer; cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through, 4-6 minutes.

Toss Salad
3

• Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together Caesar dressing, mayonnaise, 1 TBSP olive oil, ½ tsp Italian Seasoning, a squeeze of lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper (2 TBSP olive oil, 1 tsp Italian Seasoning, and a big squeeze of lemon juice for 4 servings). • In a large bowl, combine lettuce and half the creamy Caesar dressing; toss to coat. Taste and season with salt and pepper if needed.

Warm Tortillas
4

• Wrap tortillas in damp paper towels and microwave until warm and pliable, 30 seconds.

Assemble Wraps
5

• Place tortillas on a clean work surface. Spread remaining creamy Caesar dressing across bottom third of each tortilla. Top with chicken, tomato, half the Parmesan, and as much salad as you like (be sure to reserve some salad for serving!). • Fold up bottom side of each tortilla over filling, then fold over left and right sides toward filling. Roll up tortillas, starting with filled sides, to form wraps.

Finish & Serve
6

• Halve wraps on a diagonal; divide wraps and remaining salad between plates. Garnish salad with remaining Parmesan and serve.

Chicken is fully cooked when internal temperature reaches 165°.

Delicious! I love Caesar chicken anything. These wraps were easy and so tasty. I cooked the tomatoes due to allergies, so I tossed them with the chicken, and it was delicious.

Fast and fresh, didn't have to heat up my kitchen much in the hot summer weather. Liked the Caesar dressing, and salad on the side was nice. We 'doctored it up' with summer cukes, tomatoes and radishes, and it was stellar. Would like to try it again with ?fajita spice? or maybe something more Greek or middle eastern.

Tasted great. This was the first time we tried to make this dish ever. One observation; there is almost too much chicken and salad to actually use in the wrap. I thought it might have been smart to add one of my own tomatoes and another tortilla to make more sandwiches.

This recipe & ingredients made enough for two wraps, which my son ate, and a chicken Caesar salad for me! Very good.

Yum! I was skeptical because it seemed like a boring/easy meal to pay so much for, but the Italian herb seasoned chicken really elevated the wrap. Not sure if I would get it again, but I really liked it!

If it's a Caesar wrap, you should be using ROMAINE not baby lettuce :-p Otherwise this would've been four stars - even though I added avocado & asparagus spears to mine to make the veg more substantial and nutritious (your customers can't survive on lettuce/tomato/cucumber ALL THE TIME). And I put all of the cheese in the Caesar/mayo spread with the lettuce bc lettuce & dressing & cheese is not "side salad" IMO. But the chicken was tasty and the wrap was a nice change from the usual. Would eat again, even with baby lettuce :-p

Although the interior portion of the wrap recipe was delicious (Chicken, tomatoes, seasonings, etc. ) I filled the tortillas too full and it was impossible to hold the wraps. The tortillas were a little tough. . . I followed exact directions on making them soft. The insides were perfect for a great salad.
