Nestle it atop a vibrant salad of fresh spinach tossed with juicy sliced pear, tangy-sweet dried cranberries, nutty pecans, crispy croutons, and tangy feta in a creamy balsamic dressing.

• Pat chicken dry with paper towels; season all over with Steak Spice, salt, and pepper. • Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook until browned and cooked through, 5-7 minutes per side. TIP: Lower heat if chicken begins to brown too quickly. • Transfer to a cutting board to rest.

• While chicken cooks, wash and dry produce. • Halve, core, and thinly slice pear.

• Add spinach and dressing to a large bowl; toss to coat. Taste and season with salt and pepper if desired. • Add pear, cranberries, pecans, croutons, and feta to bowl with spinach; toss to combine. TIP: Add a drizzle of olive oil if salad seems dry.

• Slice chicken crosswise. • Divide salad between bowls. Top with chicken and serve.
Poultry is fully cooked when internal temperature reaches 165°.
My family loved this salad! The combo of fresh spinach, and tangy feta was a winner. The addition of bavette steak made it a big hit! It felt super fresh and loaded with flavors, plus it was really easy to whip up. The dressing hit all the right notes without taking over the dish. I wish I could give the salad 20 stars out of four. It's the best salad I've had in 17 years. Feta is great. Chicken was great. Nuts great. Balsamic great. Pears, you guessed it, great.
What a surprise on this one with all the hidden goodies in the spinach salad. That along with the feta and sauce and of course the taste of the chicken made for a delightful meal.
The sliced pear was too al dente, probably too green, and lacked flavor. I think cooking it next time would be better. I also wonder if adding chopped tomatoes might not be a good addition. While eating, I couldn't help but wonder if blue cheese dressing would be more tasty than the balsamic.
The steak spice on chicken was delicious! Please do that more in other recipes. This entire salad was so good. Hope to be able to order again.
This has to be the absolute best meal ever. So so good, flavors all stand out! Wish maybe a tad bit more feta, but such a perfect plate!!

Delicious! I never use all the spice mix that's sent. This chicken was plenty spicy using only half the spice mix.
The seasoning for the chicken was quite good. The meal filling and easy to prepare.
The seasoning blend was too strong for me. The pear would be better if it was ripe. I would order this again, just modify to my taste.
