• Adjust racks to top and middle positions and preheat oven to 450 degrees. Wash and dry produce. • Pat pork* dry with paper towels and season all over with Italian Seasoning, salt, and pepper. Place in 1 aluminum tray. • Roast on top rack for 10 minutes (you’ll roast the broccoli then). • 4 SERVINGS: Divide pork between 2 trays.

• While pork roasts, cut broccoli florets into bite-size pieces, if necessary. Add to remaining tray. Toss with 1 TBSP water and a large drizzle of olive oil; season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of chili flakes if desired. Cover tray with foil. • Once pork has roasted 10 minutes, add broccoli to middle rack; roast until broccoli is tender and pork is cooked through, 15-18 minutes more. • 4 SERVINGS: Divide broccoli between remaining trays; add 1 TBSP water to each tray. • TIP: If you like your broccoli a little browned and crispy at the edges, remove foil from tray for the last 2-3 minutes of roasting.

• Meanwhile, halve baguette. Toast in oven until golden, 3-5 minutes. • While bread toasts, place 2 TBSP butter in a small microwave-safe bowl; microwave until melted, 30 seconds. Stir in garlic powder and a pinch of salt and pepper. Add a pinch of chili flakes if desired. • Brush garlic butter onto cut sides of toasted baguette, then halve on a diagonal. • 4 SERVINGS: Use 4 TBSP butter.

• Slice pork crosswise. • Divide pork, broccoli, and garlic bread between plates. Drizzle pork with as much balsamic glaze as you like and serve.
Loved this way of fixing the tenderloin rather than browning it first. In fact, we will continue cooking tenderloins like this as it is less work and excellent flavor and very moist and tender. In addition, we also preferred other recipes that we have gotten for the bread, where the flavored butter is put on before bread is put in oven rather than after. We prefer the softer bread to the harder toasted. In addition, we microwaved the broccoli as we prefer the fresher flavor.
The pork tenderloin was absolutely delicious - please offer it again! The meal was also super quick and easy to make - it only took me 40 minutes total and I appreciated the very small amount of prep required. I deducted 2 stars for the sides. The broccoli was pretty meh - I think green beans would have been better. The garlic bread was a travesty - there was about 10x too much garlic powder used and I ended up throwing out the bread because it was so nasty. Also, the garlic powder clumped in the melted butter, so it was impossible to spread it evenly across the bread.
Even thought it says EASY, I wasn't sure how it would all come together. Easier than I thought it would be, and seriously delicious piece of pork tenderloin.
This was super fast and easy to prepare. Perfect at the end of a miserably rainy day. Spices were wonderful for the pork tenderloin.
I am really enjoying each meal! I have not eaten pork for years because I could not find a smaller cut of meat to purchase. The pork tenderloin was generous, tender and delicious! I loved the balsamic glaze.
Tenderloin is so tender! really loved the balsamic drizzle. I always steam the broccoli so that worked for me. I added roasted sweet potato but the garlic bread would have been plenty. Thank you!
The recipe was easy to follow and the food was good. It's not to my personal taste so I wouldn't recreate this again. There was a lot of flavors happening, and I chose to not season the broccoli to counteract the garlic and pork. Also the pork took longer for me to cook than what was listed on the recipe, though this could have also been the fault of my oven.
Love that this is so simple and is a true sheet pan meal. I had some extra garlic butter which was great on the broccoli.
Very yummy! I put the broccoli in at the same time as the pork since i prefer it done a little more. It turned out delicious!
Basic easy prep and tasted good. I microwaved the broccoli and pan cooked the pork since my oven is not working.
