Crispy panko-coated chicken, smoky barbecue-spiced potatoes, and easy-peasy steamed broccoli are a pretty obvious recipe for dinnertime success. It’s got your classic trifecta of meat, potatoes, and veg—could you ask for much more? How about a drizzle of hot honey? The stuff combines sweet sensations with spicy good vibrations, making it perfect for taking things beyond ordinary.
1.5 tablespoon
Sour Cream
(Contains: Milk)
½ cup
Panko Breadcrumbs
(Contains: Wheat)
12 ounce
Potatoes
8 ounce
Broccoli
¾ ounce
Hot Honey
1 tablespoon
Sweet and Smoky BBQ Seasoning
10 ounce
Chicken Cutlets
teaspoon (tsp)
Salt
2 tablespoon (tbsp)
Butter
(Contains: Milk)
1 teaspoon (tsp)
Cooking Oil
teaspoon (tsp)
Black Pepper
1 teaspoon (tsp)
Olive Oil

• Adjust racks to top and middle positions and preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash and dry all produce. • Dice potatoes into ½-inch pieces. Toss on a baking sheet with a drizzle of olive oil, half the BBQ Seasoning (you’ll use the rest in the next step), pepper, and a big pinch of salt. Set aside.

• Place 1 TBSP butter (2 TBSP for 4 servings) in a medium microwave safe bowl; microwave until melted, 30 seconds. • Stir in a large drizzle of olive oil, remaining BBQ Seasoning, pepper, and a big pinch of salt. Add panko and stir until evenly combined.

• Pat chicken* dry with paper towels; season all over with salt and pepper. • Lightly oil a second baking sheet; spread chicken out across sheet. Evenly spread sour cream onto tops of chicken; mound with panko mixture, pressing to adhere (no need to coat the undersides).

• Roast potatoes on top rack until crispy, 20-25 minutes. • Once potatoes have roasted 5 minutes, add chicken to middle rack and roast until browned and cooked through, 15-18 minutes.

• Meanwhile, cut broccoli florets into bite-size pieces if necessary. Place in a large microwave-safe bowl with 1 tsp water. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and poke a few holes in wrap. Microwave until broccoli is tender, 1-2 minutes. • Carefully remove plastic wrap (watch out for steam). Drain any water left in bowl, then toss broccoli with 1 TBSP butter until melted. Season with salt and pepper.

• Divide chicken, potatoes, and broccoli between plates. Drizzle chicken with as much hot honey as you like and serve.
What a week of meals, to think I started with this dish, a unique bread crumb crusted chicken made to come to life with Mike's Hot honey, they were delicious, not too hot but a zingy touch that really livened up the juiciest chicken I've had to date! The buttery broccoli was a tremendous side that allowed the dish to come alive, yet the meal was not complete until I tasted the BBQ roasted potato cube which I used the left over hot honey on & boy did it do the trick! Together, it was a meal I'll remember & yearn for until my next order.
The Mike's hot honey was kind of a fun flavor and the crusted chicken was okay. Not a big fan of potatoes cooked this way for dinner. It's more like a breakfast food.
The crust on chicken was delicious and the hot honey was delightful. I roasted the broccoli with the potatoes and it made for a nice easy meal.
SO easy to make, I actually used one pan for potatoes and the chicken, and steamed the broccoli in a pan. Mikes hot honey was very good!
It was all DELICIOUS. I love the Mike's Hot Honey - sweet with just the right amount of kick. The breading for the chicken was delicious. The broccoli was simple to prepare but very tasty.
This crusted chicken with hot honey was surprisingly good. Not a hit with my kids but my husband and I thought they were good. The ingredients are simple and easy to acquire but really pack a punch in flavor. Definitely worth another attempt.
Tasty, but broccoli could have used more seasoning. I think it would have been better to coat the chicken on both sides, too many bread crumbs for just the one. Mike's hot honey was delicious!!
I really liked this dish a lot. Sometimes my husband & I just want a traditional meal with a meat & potato. The hot honey was awesome over the chicken & wasn't a lingering spice taste. I loved it so much I am ordering the hot honey online! The broccoli was so fresh & there was plenty of it & it was the perfect side dish.
I think this was the 2nd time ordering this one. Cooked it last night. Really love the chicken. The crust is so savory and the sweetness of the honey comes through perfectly. I wish there was more to do with the broccoli. I like it a little more seasoned, so I added some of the spice pack, butter, and some shredded cheese.
The added drizzle of hot honey sent this chicken over the top. The hubs liked the potatoes too but wanted cheese sauce for the broccoli. Overall, a very good selection.
