Spread buns with mayo, then fill with pickle, BBQ chicken, and slaw. Drizzle with hot sauce to taste.
So easy to make. I wouldn't think to add mayo to a bbq dish, so yummy with buttery crisp bun too.
They were super tasty. It was interesting using sour cream for the coleslaw. I mixed the hot sauce with the mayonnaise and it spread perfectly.
This was the best lunch ever!!! We loved the pickled cabbage and dill pickles and the chicken was so good and bun was great.
These were SO good and a great quick dinner solution that was much needed this week! Please include this option more often!
Perfect for busy work days when I need a filling and tasty lunch. Love the pickles too
Really good slaw! Never ate this with slaw on top, but we all tried it and it was GREAT!
Delicious but the buns seemed a little small for the amount of filling
Very good and very easy. I would use less vinegar in the slaw next time
Coleslaw had too much vinegar for our tastes. The pulled chicken could have used half of the steak seasoning called for. The flavors were all too intense put together with the pickles too. The mayo probably helped a little bit but still, it was a little too much after about half way thru the sandwich.
Delicious mix of savory BBQ with crunchy slaw and pickles!
