Cooking Steps

1

Adjust racks to middle and top positions. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Wash and dry produce.

2

Thinly slice baguette into 8-10 pieces. Place on a baking sheet; drizzle with olive oil. Coat a second baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Add Parmesan in 16 even 1-inch piles.

3

Place sheet with baguette slices on middle rack and sheet with Parmesan on top rack; bake until baguette slices are toasted and Parmesan is golden and crispy, 8-10 minutes.

4

Meanwhile, halve cheddar slices diagonally into triangles. Halve grapes, if desired. Trim and remove strings from snap peas.

5

Place Parmesan crisps and grapes in separate small bowls and place on a serving platter. Arrange crostini, snap peas, and cheddar on platter. Serve

RECIPE SUGGESTION (Additional ingredients not included.) Serve board with your favorite jam for dipping and spreading! We like peach and raspberry.
