In our humble opinion, snacktime is the best time of the day. To help make your snacking extra snack-tacular, you’ll whip up some super-savory Parmesan crisps and perfectly toasty crostini to accompany these rich cheddar cheese slices. We’re also sending grapes and sugar snap peas for bursts of sweet, juicy freshness (’cause it’s all about that balance). Keep calm and snack on! Adjust racks to middle and top positions. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Wash and dry produce.
Thinly slice baguette into 8-10 pieces. Place on a baking sheet; drizzle with olive oil. Coat a second baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Add Parmesan in 16 even 1-inch piles.
Place sheet with baguette slices on middle rack and sheet with Parmesan on top rack; bake until baguette slices are toasted and Parmesan is golden and crispy, 8-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, halve cheddar slices diagonally into triangles. Halve grapes, if desired. Trim and remove strings from snap peas.
Place Parmesan crisps and grapes in separate small bowls and place on a serving platter. Arrange crostini, snap peas, and cheddar on platter. Serve
RECIPE SUGGESTION (Additional ingredients not included.) Serve board with your favorite jam for dipping and spreading! We like peach and raspberry.
This was a great dinner on a night I didn't feel like cooking so much. Loved the variety of ingredients & the homemade Parmesan crisps were the bomb!
I made the cheese chips! They actually came out like chips it was wild! Weren't half bad too, and I'm not a huge fan of parm cheese.
Perfect, fresh and just what I need for quick and easy snack
Too much work. I expected the cheese crisps to be pre made but you have to prep everything from scratch. You might as well just buy stuff at the store
Much smaller than we expected. Not nearly enough for four people. Really just a single serving.
