Chicken, Bacon, and Mozzarella Ravioli
(Contains: Eggs, Milk, Wheat)
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Once boiling, add ravioli and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook, stirring occasionally, until ravioli are al dente and floating to the top, 4-5 minutes. Drain.
A number of the raviolis ruptured in the water. I cooked them for the lesser amount of time so I didn't overcook them I don't think. Maybe too high a boil? Some cooking tips would be handy. But tasty.
I did not know I needed ravioli that tasted like bacon in my life! Very delicious!
We could see and taste the chicken! Liked these better than the lobster ones which were like a paste inside...
Good, quick and easy meal, however, would have preferred to have a "sauce" with it as well!
