We’ve done all the hard work to bring you this tasty curry in a hurry! Our Indian-inspired dish combines smoky chicken thighs, perfectly balanced spices, and a creamy coconut sauce. And because chicken korma isn’t complete without rice, there’s a base of basmati studded with red peppers, cashews, and golden raisins that is perfect for soaking up all the spicy-sweet sauce.

Produced in a facility that processes eggs, milk, fish, peanuts, sesame, shellfish, soy, tree nuts, and wheat.

Review summary

Updated on Dec 2025
  • Flavor: Many enjoyed the tasty curry, though some found it bland or salty. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Ease of prep: Convenient for a quick meal; just pop it in the oven. Some suggest increasing cooking time and temperature.
  • Suggestions: Consider reducing raisins in the rice; they were too sweet for some. Add extra spices for more authentic flavor.
  • Portions: Several felt it was small for two servings. Try pairing with a side salad for a more complete meal.
  • Texture: Some found the chicken dry or unappealing. The rice with cashews was a hit for many.

Best: The rice, a biryani with nuts and raisins was excellent. Least: The Korma did not taste like korma. It was mainly salty, if it had ginger, garlic, cumin, coriander, or cardamon in it I could not taste it. I ended up dumping yogurt on it to cut the salt and adding lots of spices to make it palatable. It was very disappointing.

We thought we were ordering Chicken Korma for two people, but there was no way what we received could be considered two servings, unless you were adding more of a meal with it, which defeats the purpose of this pre-made meal. Since there was only enough for one, my husband is the one who had it for his lunch, and he said that while it was okay, it was "too creamy and coconutty" for his taste and didn't leave him feeling "satisfied".

This was good. I really enjoyed the curry. I really had no idea what to expect, and I was pleasantly surprised. Will order again.

Really fantastic preassembled meal. The cashews really elevate this dish and ensure every bite is an experience.

The raisins felt more like grapes and were a little too sweet for my personal taste, but overall I loved this

Was very good, but I was expecting meat chunks, not shredded. And there just wasn't any veggie, it definitely needed veggies.

Delicious prob not enough for 2 but a smudge too big for 1.

For a pre-made time saving meal, this is delicious. Markedly better than Sunbasket ready made meals.

We thought it would be two separate portions, not combined - oven-only heating was a bit inconvenient, flavor was just ok to us. Needed more flavor, more acid.
