To make these loaded tacos, you’ll glaze tender seared chicken in an umami-rich blend of hoisin and Sriracha. Nestle that sweet, hot, and savory chicken into warm flour tortillas and top with a cool and creamy red cabbage slaw seasoned with cilantro and lime, plus a sprinkle of crunchy cashews, for a quick, one-pan meal in a speedy 20 minutes.

Cooking Oil

• Wash and dry produce. • Roughly chop half the cilantro; pick whole leaves from remaining cilantro (discard remaining stems). Quarter lime. Roughly chop cashews.

• In a medium bowl, combine cabbage and carrot mix, chopped cilantro, mayonnaise, juice from one lime wedge, 1⁄2 tsp sugar, and a pinch of salt and pepper (juice from two lime wedges and 1 tsp sugar for 4 servings). • Refrigerate until ready to serve.

• Open package of chicken and drain off any excess liquid. • Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken; season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through, 4-6 minutes. • Remove from heat. Stir in hoisin sauce and Sriracha (if sauce seems too thick, stir in a splash of water).

• While chicken cooks, wrap tortillas in damp paper towels and microwave until warm and pliable, 30-60 seconds. • Divide tortillas between plates and fill with chicken and creamy slaw. Top with cashews and as many cilantro leaves as you like. Serve with remaining lime wedges on the side.
Poultry is fully cooked when internal temperature reaches 165°.
This is a top shelf meal but only because I add about fifty percent more hoisin and about a third more shredded cabbage. Please don't skimp on inexpensive important ingredients, I'd rather pay more and have tasty and filling meals. There's never enough shredded cabbage for any tacos, the hoisin provided didn't coat all the chicken. I only ordered this again after making sure I had these vital ingredients to pad what was provided. It's a four star favorite with extras of these two ingredients.
Great taste. Chicken was super tender. Not a difficult meal to make but plenty of food
Lots of flavors, spicy but not too hot, delicious combination of ingredients and high protein.
One of the best ones, so easy to have on a busy night took five to ten mins to prep
Probably my favorite dish in all of Hello Fresh so far! Maybe wish there was a little more chicken the portions were a little small
Like the crunchy bits between the veggies and the cashews or whatever it is. Nice little touch. Would do again, was relatively simple to whip together.
I wish there was more of the fillings. The portion given spread across 6 tortillas makes each taco kind of small. Tasted great though and made me confident enough to cook chicken by myself for the first time!
Not enough protein for 3 tacos - either have more chicken or add in a vegetable to bulk up the volume. Otherwise good flavor and easy to make.
We love these as tacos or lettuce wraps. Great meal!
Super easy to make and delicious combination of flavors! Great proportions for little waste.
