Nothing says comfort food quite like ramen (or a helping of meatballs), and this fully loaded bowl delivers both! You’ll simmer juicy pork meatballs in a rich broth with tender bok choy and napa cabbage, ladle over a satisfying tangle of chewy noodles and drizzle with spicy-sweet Sriracha for a flavorful finishing touch.
2 unit
Chicken Stock Concentrate
4 ounce
Bok Choy and Napa Cabbage
1 unit
Pho Stock Concentrate
10 ounce
Ground Beef
1 teaspoon
Sriracha
2 tablespoon
Hoisin Sauce
(Contains: Soy, Wheat)
4.5 ounce
Ramen Noodles
(Contains: Wheat)
2 teaspoon (tsp)
Salt
teaspoon (tsp)
Black Pepper

• Wash and dry produce. • In a medium pot (large pot for 4 servings), combine pho stock concentrate, chicken stock concentrates, half the hoisin (you’ll use the rest in the next step), and 4 cups water (8 cups water for 4) over medium-high heat. Cover and bring to a boil.

• Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine pork*, remaining hoisin, 1⁄2 tsp salt (1 tsp for 4 servings), and pepper. Form pork mixture into 10-12 1-inch meatballs (20-24 meatballs for 4). TIP: If broth reaches a boil before meatballs are ready, reduce heat to low. Before adding meatballs, increase heat to medium high and return broth to a boil. • Once broth is boiling, carefully add meatballs to pot. Cover and cook until meatballs are cooked through, 4-6 minutes.
Swap in beef* or turkey* for pork.

• Add bok choy and napa cabbage and noodles to pot. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until veggies and noodles are tender, 2-3 minutes. • Taste and season with salt and pepper if desired.

• Divide ramen between bowls. Drizzle with as much Sriracha as you like. Serve.
Ground Beef is fully cooked when internal temperature reaches 160°.
Satisfying, hearty, and easy to make. The combination of ingredients that go into the broth are fantastic, soooooo tasty. I like that this is a one pot meal. One of my favorites.
So easy to make and tastes really good! I wish I knew more obviously that the bok choy/cabbage was just chopped up in a bag, but it still tasted fine. Just wish the chunks were bigger.
This is perfect! Who doesn't like to use just one pot for a meal? An added plus - it tastes terrific!
This dish is absolutely delicious and so full of flavor! It is great that it is quick and easy to make, and doesn't require a lot of cleanup. One of my favorites so far!
This was alllllllllllllmost too much hoisin, but it still managed to be a light and flavorful broth. I did add to the veg bc honestly, 2oz of shredded veg for a serving?? SKIMPY. I put in some baby bok choy & shredded cabbage, and topped at the end with chopped green onion... oh and I had no patience for meatballs so I just browned the ground beef as crumbles, it still turned out fine. I'm sure meatballs would've looked more impressive but I was only cooking for myself so ̄\_(ツ)_/ ̄ I debated about whether it could've used some crunch (like water chestnuts) - maybe next time!
This was good. I added scallions to the meatballs for some extra flavor. Would be nice to have more vegetables in the soup as well.
This was a winner! Great flavor and fast to cook. I've never boiled meatballs before, wondered if I'd like it better if they were fried a bit first
The recipe is light on flavor, so I added a teaspoon of soy sauce for additional flavor and an extra cup of water to thin the broth out. Complimented to meal with vegetable spring rolls and potstickers. I will definitely make this again. Makes enough for 3 servings.
A little on the sweet side but with a splash of soy sauce and siracha it was an easy favorite!
Very easy to prepare. The veggies are already chopped and ready to add to the recipe. The broth is delicious. I will definitely buy this again.
