1 tablespoon
Fry Seasoning
1 unit
Ciabatta
(Contains: Wheat, Soy)
½ ounce
Walnuts
(Contains: Tree Nuts)
8 ounce
Broccoli
1.5 ounce
Honey Dijon Dressing
(Contains: Eggs)
¼ cup
Monterey Jack Cheese
(Contains: Milk)
¼ cup
Panko Breadcrumbs
(Contains: Wheat)
10 ounce
Chicken Cutlets
2 tablespoon (tbsp)
Butter
(Contains: Milk)
teaspoon (tsp)
Salt
teaspoon (tsp)
Black Pepper
1 tablespoon (tbsp)
Olive Oil

• Adjust rack to top position (top and middle positions for 4 servings) and preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bring 2 TBSP butter (4 TBSP for 4) to room temperature. Wash and dry produce. • Using a heavy-bottomed pan or rolling pin, crush walnuts in their bag until finely ground. In a small bowl, combine walnuts, panko, a large drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper.

• Pat chicken* dry with paper towels and place on one side of a baking sheet (spread out across entire sheet for 4 servings). Season all over with half the Fry Seasoning (you’ll use more later), salt, and pepper. • Evenly spread tops of chicken with half the Honey Dijon Dressing (save the rest for serving). Mound coated sides with walnut mixture, pressing to adhere (no need to coat the undersides).

• Cut broccoli florets into bite-size pieces if necessary. • Toss broccoli on opposite side of sheet from chicken with a drizzle of olive oil; season with salt and pepper. (For 4 servings, add broccoli to a second sheet.)

• Roast chicken and broccoli on top rack until chicken is browned and cooked through and broccoli is tender, 15-18 minutes. (For 4 servings, roast chicken on top rack and broccoli on middle rack.)

• While chicken and broccoli roast, halve ciabatta. • In a second small microwave-safe bowl, combine softened butter and half the remaining Fry Seasoning (use the rest as you like). (TIP: If butter is not yet softened, microwave for 5-10 seconds before mixing with the seasoning.) Season with salt and pepper. • Spread seasoned butter onto cut sides of ciabatta and evenly sprinkle with Monterey Jack.

• When chicken has 5 minutes left, carefully place ciabatta cut sides up on same sheet. Return to oven until bread is toasted and cheese melts. • Halve ciabatta on a diagonal; divide between plates along with chicken and broccoli. Serve with remaining Honey Dijon Dressing on the side for dipping.
Delicious. The chicken was especially delicious. The baked in the oven crusted chicken recipes are favorites of ours because they turn out so tender and moist. However, since we prefer the recipes that either microwave the broccoli or tightly cover a pan or dish with foil after adding a bit of water and putting it in the oven, that is how we would prepare it in the future. Cooked this way it loses the fresh, moist taste. We actually misread the recipe and added all the remaining fry seasoning instead of half the remaining to the butter to put on the bread and it was delicious.
One of the easiest and tastiest recipes. I'm getting very fond of the crusted chicken. You think they'll all be the same but the flavors are so interesting! I would've never used walnuts before.
Quick & easy dinner. Broccoli was delicious & crispy and the chicken was very flavorful. The cheesy bread was an added delicious bonus.
This one is easy to make and very yummy! The chicken was sweet and crunchy and moist with great flavor. You can't go wrong with toasted ciabatta!
The coating on the chicken tasted very good, but that left the broccoli tasting extremely bland. Adding the honey mustard to the broccoli as a dip helped the taste but was not ideal. Seasoning beyond salt and pepper needed to be included for the broccoli. Also I was not impressed with the seasoning added to the cheesy ciabatta; it was okay. The meal would have done better with a different side than the bread.
Super yummy chicken, i love the idea of adding walnuts with the panko bread crumbs. It was super good and the whole family liked it!
Another really good dinner. Very happy with this. I had made almond crusted chicken before, but not walnut. Very tasty.
It was super tasty but didn't need the sweetness of the walnuts that much, the honey dijon was just enough as the coating especially but love the texture of the panko crust
Very quick and easy recipe. One change is a suggestion to eliminate 'salting' everything 10 x in the recipe! The other is to eliminate the cheese and the butter from the Ciabatta. Instead, add a little bit of olive oil and Fry Seasoning.
Very easy..lovely vegetables. Coating was good taste. Lovely meal. Did not care for the ciabatta. It tasted like pizza and did not compliment the meal. We enjoyed it very much..was perfect
