with Radicchio and Feta
The perfect spring salad that’s both filling and healthy. Hearty Israeli couscous is tossed with fresh oregano and lemon. Sauté shrimp with chili flakes, parsley and lemon for some heat and freshness. Then toss it all together with purple radicchio for some bite and crumbled feta for a salty finish.
