Sometimes, nothing but a big bowl of pasta will do. (If that’s 5 out of 5 weekdays for you, we’re totally on board.) That's why we're offering fresh ravioli for whenever that carby craving strikes. These cheese-and-spinach-stuffed pasta pillows are easy, quick to whip up, and (most of all) delicious. Follow our recipe suggestion and stir them into a creamy, lemony sauce, or get creative with your own accoutrements. Nutrient estimates are based on pasta without additional ingredients. Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli
(Contains: Milk, Eggs, Wheat)
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Once boiling, add ravioli and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook, stirring occasionally, until ravioli are al dente and floating to the top, 4-5 minutes. Drain.
Recipe suggestion (additional ingredients not included): Melt 1 TBSP butter in a large pan over medium-high heat. Whisk in ¼ cup sour cream (or cream cheese) and a few splashes of water until a smooth and creamy sauce forms. Add cooked ravioli and stir until coated. Stir in a pinch of chili flakes and a squeeze of lemon juice. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
These are one of the better pre-prepared ravioli dishes. Very good flavor and very easy to prepare. I use a basic marinara sauce from Trader Joe's with them.
Delicious!! I love this fresh pasta. I prepared it with just some goat cheese and capers on top. I had a meal and then kept the rest in the fridge to snack on bit by bit for a couple of days. It was wonderful.
These were so good! I was nervous to try them, as I had never had cooked spinach before, and they smelled kinda weird. But they were so good, you couldn't really taste the spinach, just the delicious ricotta cheese.
A quick and easy meal that tastes great. I used Rao's meat sauce over it, and was fantastic!
There was not enough pasta for even two people in the container. The pasta tasted pretty plain and we thought the ricotta and spinach stuffing could have used some salt or more flavor even with sauce over them.
I really like the spinach and ricotta ravioli. There's enough for 3 small lunches for me, adding some of my husband's spaghetti sauce with beef.
I use this to make a larger portion of the meal we bought. The ravioli is delicious and easy to cook.
I sauteed butter, lemon juice and white wine and then tossed the cooked ravioli! It was great!
Omg, the best way to get the kids to eat spinach! Cooks up fast and delicious.
Portioned for 2 people in my opinion. A nice quick meal and tastes delicious with a lot of spinach in them! Would order again for the price.
