• Wash and dry produce. • Trim green beans if necessary; cut into 2-inch pieces. • Open package of chicken* and drain off any excess liquid. • In a medium bowl, combine chicken, cornstarch, a pinch of salt, and pepper. Stir until chicken is thoroughly coated.

• Heat a large drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add green beans and coated chicken. Cook, stirring occasionally, until green beans are tender and chicken is browned and cooked through, 4-6 minutes. • Add 1⁄4 cup water (1⁄2 cup for 4 servings), sweet soy glaze, and chili sauce to pan. Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce has thickened, 1-2 minutes.

• Massage rice in package to break up grains. Transfer rice to a second medium microwave- safe bowl. Add 3 TBSP water (6 TBSP for 4 servings); cover tightly with plastic wrap. Microwave until warmed through, 90 seconds (microwave times may vary). Stir in 1⁄2 TBSP butter (1 TBSP for 4) until melted. • Divide rice and stir-fry between shallow bowls in separate sections. Top with cashews. Serve.
Chicken is fully cooked when internal temperature reaches 165º.
I liked it! The dark meat chicken stayed nice and juicy and there was a nice balance of sweet & heat. The green beans had just the right balance of tender & snap and the microwaveable rice made it super quick & easy.
This was a perfect HelloFresh meal, easy, but not too simple that it lost its flavor. I did put the green beans in first and let them cook longer than you suggested, but this was everything I would hope from a meal kit.
It is very good on its own. However, I would add the chicken first to crisp up instead of adding green beans and chicken together. I added chili flakes to give it a little kick!
Easy and delicious. I was not sure if I would like the microwave rice but it was not bad. Flavors of the sauces takes this dish from good to amazing.
This is such a simple and delicious meal. This was my first time using the precooked rice, and it was a game changer, making the meal so quick to prepare!
Loved the easy, fast prep of this meal. Of course it took me much longer than 15 minutes to make it. It was a tasty meal.
Wish chicken portion size was a bit larger. Very flavorful and fast to make. Yum.
This is an amazing stir fry and generous portion size.
Easy, quick, and delicious. Sauce was just a touch too sweet.
I don't think the cornstarch was necessary to be mixed in a bowl with the chicken. It made the chicken a little bit mushy. Instead, it could have been mixed with the sauces in a bowl to make them thicker if needed.
