While hot dogs are grilling, wrap hot dog buns in foil; add to BBQ or grill pan and cook, turning packet occasionally until warmed through, 2-4 minutes. (Depending on the size of your BBQ or grill pan, you may need to wait until hot dogs are done to warm the buns. In this case, transfer hot dogs to a plate and tent with foil to keep warm.) Place queso blanco in a small microwave-safe bowl; cover with plastic wrap and microwave until warmed through, 30 seconds (if necessary, microwave for 5-10 seconds more). Fill buns with hot dogs and serve with queso blanco, guacamole, and chips on the side.
