Delicious lo mein! So packed with flavor and the perfect amount of spice. Super quick and easy to make and a total flavor bomb!
Really really like the easy prep. A great recipe. Love the spicy sweet sauce with the combination of the cabbage and the chicken and the noodles. My nine year-old granddaughter ate half of my portion!
Tasty and fast -- I love the flavor of the umami ginger sauce. I wish this had snow peas or sugar snap peas in it.
Love recipes with noodles! Great flavor with the dark chicken. Also the option of adding spicy sriracha for those of us that love the heat, but not everyone else does.
I enjoyed cooking Umami-Ginger Chicken Lo Mein. The noodles, chicken, cabbage and sesame seeds, It is the perfect noodle bowl!
It was delicious and easy to make. I would have liked more veggies and bokchoy/cabbage mix.
An interesting chicken Lo Mein. Robust flavors and extremely fresh ingredients.
Like the dark chicken meat in this recipe. Love the lo mein noodles. Good idea for coleslaw to bring veggies.
I'm disappointed that I was sent the dark meat chicken, as I had requested the shrimp for the protein. I'm not sure if the order confirmation didn't go through or what. But I appreciated the quickness of this dish! I also only used half the sweet soy sauce because I didn't want the umami ginger sauce to be overpowered.
The flavor was great but I just wish the sauce was thicker. I might drain the chicken/cabbage mixture next time before adding the provided sauces.
