Cooking Steps

Prep
1

• Adjust rack to middle position and preheat oven to 450 degrees. • Place chicken in oven-ready tray (for 4 servings, divide evenly between two trays). Using a fork or your hands, break up chicken into small pieces.

Assemble Chili-Bake
2

• Add salsa, beans and their liquid, Fajita Spice Blend, and a pinch of salt to oven-ready tray; stir until well combined. (For 4 servings, divide evenly between two trays.)

Bake Chili
3

• Bake, uncovered, on middle rack until chili bake is warmed through, 25-30 minutes. (For 4 servings, bake two trays side by side on middle rack.)

Finish & Serve
4

• Taste chili bake and season with salt and pepper. • Divide chili bake between bowls; top with sour cream and Monterey Jack. Serve with tortilla chips on the side. TIP: For a fun topping, crush tortilla chips in their bag and sprinkle on top of chili bake.

Loved it!!! Couldn't believe how good this chili was...all you need to make it is a can opener, a pair of scissors and a spoon... recyclable oven pan included...fastest meal I've made in a long time...I would eat this again.

Great flavor & soooo easy to make. Just wish it had more broth!! It was like eating a bowl of beans not chili

Very delicious you don't need to add any extra salt. We took the tortilla chips and broke them into pieces on top of the chili. Very very easy prep. Everyone in the house loved it.

I am getting picky here, but I've done a family recipe for years that I call white bean chicken chili, and this just didn't measure up to mine. I am sure most folks will love this, but I was in comparison mode.

I'm not a chili person and I liked this! Originally being from Texas, I don't like beans in my chili. But I loved this! Giving it 4 stars bc I had to add some spices to make it more flavorful. But overall great!

It was good, but the Green salsa was a bit overpowering it was hard to taste the beans and chicken flavors. It was also super easy to make.

Chili was very flavorful, but add green chili sauce to your taste. The whole package was too spicy for my family.

We loved this meal! The chicken made it fun and different. We added sautéed onions and carrots.

Tasty and easy to prepare. The chips paired well with the chili and appreciate the inclusion of the pan to help cook. Sour cream was tasty with the recipe
