This healthy twist on fish tacos saves time and calories by skipping the deep-frying and using your air fryer instead. Blackened salmon is flaked into a charred tortilla along with a creamy, crisp Caesar salad with Parmesan curls, cucumber ribbons, and fresh lemon juice. Finish with a sprinkle of croutons for some big crunch.

• Wash and dry produce. • Trim and discard root end from lettuce; dry leaves thoroughly and chop into bite-size pieces. Trim ends from cucumber. Using a peeler, shave cucumber lengthwise into ribbons. Quarter lemon. Gently crush croutons in their bag.

• Pat salmon dry with paper towels; season all over with a drizzle of oil, half the Blackening Spice (all for 4 servings), salt, and pepper. • Coat an air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray; arrange salmon side by side in basket (for 4, work in batches if necessary). Air-fry at 390 degrees until cooked through, 8-10 minutes. • Once salmon is done, carefully remove and discard skin. Transfer salmon to a medium bowl; use a fork to break up into pieces. Let cool about 5 minutes.

• While salmon cools, in a second medium bowl, combine lettuce, cucumber, half the dressing, a squeeze of lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and pepper. • Using a peeler, shave half the Parmesan over salad; toss to coat.

• Heat a large dry pan over medium heat. Working one at a time, add tortillas and cook until warmed and pliable, 30-60 seconds per side. TIP: For crispier tortillas, heat a drizzle of oil or butter in pan before adding. • Spread remaining dressing on one side of each tortilla. Top with salad and salmon. Sprinkle with croutons and shave remaining Parmesan over tacos. Serve with remaining lemon wedges on the side.
Fish is fully cooked when internal temperature reaches 145°.
Shockingly delicious. I can't have spicy food so I was able to eat mine without the blackening seasoning. Just saw fish tacos on the rotation without the little red pepper icon that's always on nearly all fish tacos and immediately added without realizing there was Caesar salad involved (pretty sure I mentally blocked that out, otherwise I permanently would've skipped these), right up until I realized I was putting Caesar dressing on my fish taco, which I thought would be disgusting, and was kicking myself and cursing the universe.... Until I took a bite. WTF why is that so delicious?!
I enjoyed this but honestly could've down without the tortillas, maybe that could be an option down the line. Thank you for suggesting the salmon in the air fryer, definitely doing that again!
This text is so fancy and the salmon was delicious making it in the air fryer fryer was perfect. The season was not too salty wonderful
Great option to have air fryer instructions. Would love more. Loved this tasty/easy meal!!!
This is great. I'm happy to see more salad options and using the air fryer. I hope to see more air fryer recipes.
Loved this! Never tried salmon in the air fryer but will definitely do it again!
Never thought of using the air fryer to cook salmon! Super simple.
OK, but I thought the taste of the Caesar dressing overpowered the taste of the blackened salmon. I like Caesar salad, but the balance was off for my palate. Also, putting croutons in tacos was a weird texture. Might have been better simply to advertise this as a Caesar salad topped with blackened salmon rather than turning it all into tacos; then the croutons would have made sense.
Salmon was excellent. I thought the pairing with the lettuce and Caesar was just ok. Would have preferred an easy vegetable to go with it in the air fryer.
Salmon came out dry. Need to air fry less time as stated
