• Wash and dry all produce. • Finely chop cilantro. Halve, peel, and very thinly slice onion. Quarter lime.

• In a medium bowl, combine coleslaw mix, cilantro, and a few slices of onion to taste (you’ll use the rest in the next step). • Toss with mayonnaise, Cholula® Hot Sauce, and juice from half the lime; season with salt and pepper. Set aside, stirring occasionally, until ready to serve.

• Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add remaining onion; season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring, until browned and softened, 5-7 minutes. • Add BBQ pulled chicken* and cook, stirring, until warmed through, 2-3 minutes. • Stir in juice from remaining lime. Turn off heat.

• While filling cooks, wrap tortillas in damp paper towels and microwave until warm and pliable, about 30 seconds. • Divide tortillas between plates. Fill with chicken filling and slaw and serve.
Probably my favorite quick meal and probably one of my top three recipes overall! Very quick and easy to make. Absolutely delicious with the slaw mixed with the BBQ chicken. I will definitely request this again!
BBQ Tacos are good but loved the Cholula Slaw! Amazing taste!!👍
Loved it. Super fast and easy. Would have loved to learn to make the bbq pulled chicken.
Loved the slaw. Not a huge fan of bbq flavor but this was delicious. Super easy and perfect for a dinner after a long day
This involved NOTHING like the usual prep time, very easy. And surprisingly delicious! (Who knew Cole slaw on BBQ chicken was so tasty?!)
This was surprisingly very good. Neither my husband or I like coleslaw, but we enjoyed this coleslaw with the bbq chicken. The combination was delicious. I also loved how easy this was to make, it was done from start to finish in minutes! Definitely an all around win.
Had this tonight. Delicious!! The BBQ & slaw combo with the twist of lime - OMG! Tastebuds were soooo happy!
These were OK. The slaw to chicken combination was way too much. There was hardly any chicken/BBQ mix. The tacos were majority slaw by far.
It was very good taste just like pulled bbq chicken but in a taco.
There was a lot of flavor in these tacos, just needed a bit more of the pulled chicken : ) That being said, they were very tasty and would order them again.
