There’s just something so satisfying about a lettuce wrap. The crisp romaine crunch, the perfectly cradled filling, and that satisfied-but-not-stuffed feeling after dinner. This version features ground turkey seasoned with Turkish-inspired spices, garlic, and soy sauce, then topped with a fresh cucumber, tomato, red onion, feta, and a sweet Greek vinaigrette. Prepare to start raving about lettuce wraps as much as we do!

• Wash and dry produce. • Trim and quarter cucumber lengthwise; slice crosswise into 1⁄2-inch pieces. Dice tomato into 1⁄2-inch pieces. Halve, peel, and finely chop onion. Peel and mince or grate garlic. Trim and discard root end from lettuce; separate leaves.

• In a medium bowl, combine cucumber, tomato, 2 TBSP onion (4 TBSP for 4 servings; you’ll use the rest later), and vinaigrette. Toss to coat.

• Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add remaining onion and a pinch of salt; cook, stirring, until slightly softened, 2-3 minutes. • Add turkey*, Turkish Spice, garlic, and half the soy sauce (all for 4 servings). Cook, breaking meat up into pieces, until turkey is cooked through, 4-6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. TIP: Stir in a splash of water near the end of cooking to make sure your turkey is nice and saucy!

• Divide lettuce between plates. Fill with turkey and salad. Spoon any remaining vinaigrette from bowl over top. Garnish wraps with feta and serve.
The Turkish spice made for an interesting flavor combination with the Greek vinaigrette and the creaminess of the feta. I liked that I could cook the meat ahead of time and then make the salad & assemble them quickly for the next evening's dinner when I had less time. Tasty and healthy, win-win!
The Turkey & Greek Salad Lettuce Wraps were very easy to prepare and tasted amazing. It was also very filling for my husband and I. Will order this again.
Amazing! My favorite recipe in awhile! Loved that the ground turkey wasn't overly saucy and the lettuce wraps were crisp and tasty. Only wish there was even more feta cheese. Deelish!
Recipe did not say how to add the feta, so I mixed it in the salad. I guess I could have sprinkled it on top. Probably doesn't matter much. Very tasty and easy to make.
Lettuce Wraps usually turn out to be great meals. Its fun to fill out the lettuce with the ingredients and the simple Greek "salad" is complimented very well with the feta
We like the lettuce wrap meals but for awhile we have been chopping up all of the Romaine lettuce and modifying the recipe into two big salads. Maybe this could be a stated option on the recipe card.
I enjoyed this recipe. Tasted like a taco lettuce wrap than Greek. The meat taste more like fajita seasoning. Only reason I didn't put 4 stars was because of the flavor. It didn't give me a Mediterranean vibe other than the feta... but it was delicious nonetheless.
Love the tomato cucumber and feta salad that you put on top of these and they give you so much lettuce you can turn it into a salad
Easy way to add veggies to dinner. High quality feta mixes well with the Greek salad toppings.
Great pair of hot and cold, meat and vegs, spice and earthy flavors - just a great combination to create deliciousness. The salad was great leftover without the wrap also.
