This was great. Big portions. I think I could have used a larger zucchini or a 3rd small one.

This was awesome-next time I would cut the zucchini into smaller pieces instead of a long noodle.

Somehow I ended up with 10oz ground beef and 10oz ground pork (even went back to check to make sure I didn't use the wrong protein in a previous recipe - nope!) I think that was even better for this recipe.

The older child would rate this one a 2 or 3, but my husband and I think it's the best out of this week's three meals. The younger child liked the garlic bread, but would not try the lasagna.

Great keto dish! Use a full size lasagna pan. It makes a lot of tasty goodness.

I feel like there wasn't enough zucchini. Hard to cut into 1/4" slices. More complicated than most recipes.

I missed the part where it suggested 2 8x8 baking dishes and I piled it into only 1 for the big batch dinner. Lots of sauce that boiled out but that was my fault.
