Wash and dry produce.
Halve, peel, and thinly slice onion. Halve, core, and thinly slice green pepper into strips.

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and half the garlic powder (youāll use the rest later). Season with salt and pepper.
Halve and toast ciabattas

Place sous vide chicken in a large bowl; using two forks (or your hands!), break up into smaller pieces.
Heat a large drizzle of oil in a large, preferably nonstick, pan over medium-high heat. Add onion, green pepper, and chicken. Season with remaining garlic powder, 2 tsp Italian Seasoning (4 tsp for 4 servings), and salt (Be sure to measure the Italian Seasoningāwe sent more!). Cook, stirring occasionally and breaking up meat into pieces, until veggies are softened and lightly browned and chicken is warmed through, 5-7 minutes.
During the last minute of cooking, sprinkle Parmesan and Monterey Jack over chicken and veggie mixture. Cover pan; cook until cheeses melt, 30-60 seconds.

Spread creamy garlic sauce over cut sides of toasted ciabattas. Pile chicken and veggie mixture on bottom halves of ciabattas; close sandwiches. Cut sandwiches on a diagonal and divide between plates. Serve.
I added melted butter to the toasted ciabatta buns and a slice of Havarti. I preferred more cheese than what is included. Otherwise, the sandwich was very good.
One of our favorites, the chicken was delicious seasoned just right. The aoli sauce was very good, not too overpowering. Everything went together and fits buns perfectly.
Excellent sandwich. Very simple to make, great flavor and fast.
It needs more cheese in order to help it stay together better. The sandwiches fell apart too much.
Very good & easy to make. A side along with this would've been nice.
Delicious but 2 (4x4) bread rolls isn't enough for two grown people, especially one being a man who likes to eat. I had to make him another sandwich out of sliced bread because he was still hungry. This should come with 4 rolls - this serving is more like for a child.
Pretty tasty, but not fantastic. Sauce was great. Overall, kids liked it, too.
Definitely would make these again. We added our own sides and made this for dinner.
These are great! I wished the spices and herbs all came in clear packaging so you can determine how much you've used when the instructions say to use half.
We loved these. I made the potato salad with these. Delicious!
