• Wash and dry produce. • Halve, core, and thinly slice green pepper into strips. Halve, peel, and thinly slice onion. Quarter lime. • In a small bowl, combine guacamole, juice from one lime wedge (two wedges for 4 servings), and a dash of hot sauce (save the rest for serving). Season with salt and pepper.

• Open package of chicken* and drain off any excess liquid. • Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken, green pepper, onion, and Fajita Spice Blend; season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring, until veggies are slightly softened and chicken is browned and cooked through, 4-6 minutes. • Stir in a squeeze of lime juice (big squeeze for 4 servings) and remove from heat.

• Meanwhile, wrap tortillas in damp paper towels and microwave until warm and pliable, 30 seconds. TIP: Feel free to toast your tortillas if you want some crunch!

• Divide tortillas between plates. Fill with chicken and veggie filling; top with spicy guacamole and smoky red pepper crema. Serve with remaining hot sauce and remaining lime wedges on the side.
Chicken is fully cooked when internal temperature reaches 165°.
2 reasons you did not get four stars: 1. A good fajita needs a 1-to-1 onion-to-pepper ratio. You provided only 1 measly pepper. Accordingly, I added 3 "mini sweet peppers," which also have the benefit of beautifying the dish with more color. This created fajita perfection! 2. The seasoning blend you provided is certainly less than awe-inspiring. I added the "Tajin" spice mix in place of plain salt, and that did the trick. But not everybody has a varied spice cabinet to fix these things!
Excellent flavors and incredibly easy prep. I do recommend having the guac in two separate packets (the same way the red pepper crema is provided) to make it a little bit easier to keep half of the meal for later without worrying about it browning.
OMG! This was excellent. I especially liked the red pepper crema sauce. This meal was so flavorful. I didn't think I could eat three tacos, but they were so good I couldn't stop. I was satisfied, and not over stuffed. This one will be one that I order often.
We really love this recipe, the flavors mesh together so well. This was a very messy dish though, all the sauce from different components (guac, crema, etc.) was on my face and on my son's shirt. Maybe a little something to soak up all that sauce (have no idea what to recommend) or maybe just less sauce?
So easy, even more tasty than it looks. We hope hello fresh will offer this on a frequent basis. Best hello fresh tacos we have had and calories are in our diet budget. Also love the fajita spices (much better than southwest). Thanks hello fresh!
Excellent. I love the spicy guacamole and red pepper crema. Perfect blend.
Such a delicious taco recipe so fast! Love this recipe
This one was really good, but my poblano was a little extra spicy. No fault of yours; I know they vary from pepper to pepper. I just used less.
Delicious, quick and easy. Exactly what I expect from an Easy difficulty level. Didn't mix the guac and hot sauce but used on their own for added simplicity.
Chicken thigh meat was tender. Loved the guacamole mix and the red pepper crema. Whole thing was great-tasting. Best new item we've had in a long while.
