Our chefs created a clever play on bagels and lox, swapping in cauliflower "grits" for the bagels and salmon for the lox. Cream cheese mixed with garlic, onion and herbs tops the salmon, which is then roasted in the oven until succulent. It's all served over creamy "grits" made with cauliflower and red pepper. And, we didn't forget the beloved everything bagel seasoning–it's sprinkled over the broccoli on the side.
