Cooking Steps

  • Wash and dry produce.

  • Open package of chicken* and drain off any excess liquid.

  • Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken; season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through, 4-6 minutes.

  • Add BBQ sauce and cook, stirring, until sauce has thickened and chicken is coated.

  • Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, a pinch of sugar (big pinch for 4 servings), salt, and pepper.

  • Add coleslaw mix and edamame. Toss to combine. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
