Open package of chicken* and drain off any excess liquid.
Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add chicken; season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through, 4-6 minutes.

Add broccoli, salad greens, another drizzle of oil, a big pinch of salt, and pepper to pot with chicken. Cook, stirring occasionally, until broccoli is bright green and tender, 3-5 minutes.
Add salad dressing (save salad kit toppings for serving) and chili sauce; stir until greens are wilted and coated in sauce, 1-2 minutes more.

While veggies cook, massage grain blend in package to separate grains; partially open package. Microwave until warmed through, 90 seconds. TIP: Microwave times may vary. Be careful when handling and opening the pouch.
Divide grains and chicken and broccoli between plates. Drizzle with garlic-ginger scallion paste and sprinkle with sesame ginger crunch and salad kit toppings; serve.
