We don’t think wraps should ever have a bad rap! These ones are bursting with texture and flavor. You’ll mix together tender pre-cooked chicken, cabbage and carrot slaw, crunchy peanuts, and chili mayo and wrap it all up in tortillas. On the side there’s a mandarin orange and cabbage slaw. All you’ll really have to work on is your wrapping technique and you’re well on your way to a picture-perfect lunch.

Wash and dry produce.
Dice chicken into ½-inch pieces. Trim and thinly slice scallions, separating whites from greens. Peel mandarin orange and separate into segments.
In a medium bowl, combine chicken, scallion whites, peanuts, mayonnaise, chili sauce, half the cabbage, half the carrots, salt, and pepper.
Wrap tortillas in damp paper towels; microwave until warm and pliable, 30 seconds. Lay tortillas on a clean work surface. Divide chicken filling between tortillas. Fold up bottom side of each tortilla over filling, then fold over left and right sides toward the filling. Roll up tortillas, starting with filled sides, to form wraps.
In bowl used for filling, toss scallion greens, orange segments, remaining cabbage, and remaining carrots with sesame dressing.
Halve wraps on a diagonal; divide between plates. Serve slaw on the side.
I am in love with these Hello Fresh lunch meals! These chicken wraps are de-lish. I didn't think I'd like the slaw with mango in it but was pleasantly surprised at the sweet and savory combination.
The ingredients were fresh and the meal was good. We wanted to put the salad in with the chicken filling (in the wrap) and more wanted more flavor to the filling. We added a little spice, sweet & sour sauce, Chinese hard noodles (something we have had at other places) and teriyaki sauce. We would order it again and would add our own ingredients with it.
I did not prepare exactly like the instructions said. I warmed the chicken and put in a bowl, salad style. Left out the wrap completely. The orange slaw was amazing and was prepared by the instructions. Yummy!!
I love these for lunch.... Fast to put together, I love the fact that there is a lot of cabbage and carrots to mix with the chicken. I also like that the chicken is pre cooked
Second time around for these, as fam considered them delicious the first time, and they were just as good this time. The slaw is refreshing without being too sharp. Love the pan-seared chicken with the sauce. We'll soon do Round 3, I'm sure.
Another recipe I'd order again! It was easy to prepare, and quite delicious. We especially enjoyed the slaw with tangerine slices. So tasty!
Slaw was more flavorful than the wraps but still good. I had my own sweet chili sauce that I added to the wraps, which helped.
You should have provided 3 tortillas instead of just two. There was too much filling for just 2 tortillas. The mango slaw was awesome but the chicken could have used a bit more seasoning
Really liked the wraps but I added hot sauce because I felt the sauce included was bland. I also thought the slaw was good but didn't love the sesame dressing and felt all of it needed more salt/pepper/herbs.
I am not a fan of wraps - somehow huge tortillas don't work for me - they seem gummy. However, the next day I used the salad and the chicken salad as part of a meal with PF Chang's cauliflower - it was perfect.
