MANGO JALAPENO FRESHARITA (for 1 Drink): Wash and dry produce. Halve jalapeño; scrape out the ribs and seeds with a spoon. Slice into very thin half-moons. Quarter lime. Rub a lime wedge along the rim of a rocks glass, then dip rim into kosher salt. Open mango; strain ½ ounce juice into cocktail shaker or large glass. Add 1 TBSP mango pieces, a pinch of salt, and as much jalapeño as you like (we used 2 slices—use more if you like things extra spicy!). Using the end of a wooden spoon, muddle the mango-jalapeno mixture, stirring as you go. Add ice, ¾ ounce lime juice, and 3 ounces Lemon Lime Poppi; stir until chilled, 5-10 seconds. Strain into salted rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with lime wedge.
FRESHELADA (for 1 Drink): Wash and dry produce. Quarter lime. Rub a lime wedge along the rim of a rocks glass, then dip rim into kosher salt. Add ice and 3 ounces Lemon Lime Poppi; stir until chilled, 5-10 seconds.Strain into salted rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with lime wedge.
