Ground Plant-Based Protein
(Contains: Soy, Tree Nuts, Wheat)
Heat a drizzle of oil in a large, preferably nonstick, pan over medium-high heat. Add plant-based protein and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook, breaking up into pieces, until browned and warmed through, 4-5 minutes.
Great addition to the box! It would be nice if this was offered as an add on for more of the vegetarian meals. A lot of the meals could use a bit more protein. It also would be a way to expand vegetarian meal options by allowing substitution of the ground meats in some of the nonvegetarian dishes.
Easy to work with and tasty. Made simple soft tacos with it and they turned out great.
