Roughly chop goji berry blend with raisins. Finely chop toasted coconut flakes. Place rolled oats, goji berry blend, chia seeds, maple syrup, peanut butter, cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons water in a blender or food processor. Pulse until a thick mixture forms. Transfer mixture to a medium bowl. Using a tablespoon, scoop and roll peanut butter mixture into 9-10 balls. Roll in coconut flakes until thoroughly coated.* Enjoy!
