• Wash and dry produce. • In a small pot, combine rice, ¾ cup water (1½ cups for 4 servings), and a big pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce to a low simmer. Cook until rice is tender, 15-18 minutes. • Keep covered off heat until ready to serve.

• While rice cooks, in a small bowl, combine sweet soy glaze, chili sauce, ponzu, and half the vinegar (all for 4 servings). TIP: If you like a sweeter sauce, stir in a pinch of sugar.

• Heat a large drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add pork* and garlic powder; season with salt and pepper. Using a spatula, press into an even layer. Cook, undisturbed, until browned on bottom, 3-4 minutes. Break up meat into pieces and continue cooking until pork is cooked through, 1-2 minutes. • Stir in sauce and cook, stirring, until slightly thickened, 1 minute more.

• Stir red cabbage and carrot mix into pan with pork; cook until just tender, 2-3 minutes. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Turn off heat. • Fluff rice with a fork; stir in 1 TBSP butter until melted. • Divide rice between bowls and top with stir-fry and crispy fried onions. Pick cilantro leaves from stems; roughly tear and sprinkle over bowls. Serve.
Right up at the top of our favorites. The pork and cabbage were a great combination in this dish. The sauce is definitely yummy! On top of the rice with the crispy fried onion and cilantro it turned into a wonderful amazing meal. Made it for family and everyone loved it.
This stir fry was easy to throw together, and the pre-shredded cabbage mix helped cut down on the prep time! Loved the addition of the crispy onions to top this off and the sauce was not overly sweet.
As a big textural eater I love this. The cabbage makes the meal. The cilantro and the onion crisps really punch this up to the next level as well. Definitely in my all-time top 5.
Bursting with flavor! The sweetness was not overpowering, the heat was mild. The combination of flavor made my taste buds do the merengue. The crispiness from the cabbage & fried onions brought the dish to a whole new level! It's a 5 star for me!
It's exactly what the title says. Sweet chili pork & cabbage stir-fry. It was simple, a little bit of heat (we threw on some extra gochugang flakes for a kick) and little sweetness. The crispy fried onions seemed a little weird, but the texture was definitely welcomed. Probably won't seek out this dish in future orders, but if it shows up I don't think we'll no either.
Absolutely delicious!! Perfect blend of spicy and sweet, the crispy onions were the perfect amount of crunch with the cabbage! Quick meal great for after a long day at work! Will definitely order this again!!
This meal was WAY better than I expected. I don't normally put cilantro or crispy onions on my stir fry, but I loved this!
The crispy combo of the cabbage, onions, and the savory sweetness of the pork and rice - top notch. This one is probably in our family's top 5!!
Awesome bowl! I don't cook the cabbage all the way because I like a little crunch in the bowl. The crispy onions on top is superb! Overall, a simple yet great dish!
I thought it was delicious... never thought about using ground pork, red cabbage OR crispy onions in a stir fry!
