What should you have for lunch? We’ve got the answer in the (lunch) bag: Easy wraps made with our juicy ready-to-eat chopped chicken—and they’re done in under 15 minutes! We believe in the power of veggies, so we tucked salad into the wraps with buttermilk ranch dressing for that irresistible creaminess, plus crunchy carrots sticks on the side to dip in, yes, more creamy ranch!

Produced in a facility that processes eggs, milk, fish, peanuts, sesame, shellfish, soy, tree nuts, and wheat.

Cooking Steps

1

• Wash and dry produce.

2

• Thinly slice tomato. Trim, peel, and cut carrot into sticks (like fries; ours were 3 inches long and 1⁄3 inch thick).

3

• Pat chicken dry with paper towels.

4

• Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken; season lightly with salt. Cook, breaking up meat into pieces, until browned and warmed through, 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a plate.

5

• Wrap tortillas in damp paper towels; microwave until warm and pliable, 30 seconds. Place tortillas on a clean work surface; divide mixed greens, tomato, and chicken between tortillas. Drizzle with half the dressing.

6

• Fold bottom sides of each tortilla up over filling, then fold over left and right sides toward filling. Roll up tortillas, starting with filled sides, to form wraps.

7

• Halve wraps on a diagonal. Divide wraps and carrot sticks between plates. Serve with remaining dressing on the side.

So quick and delicious. Wishing you would put the sous vide chicken in the market for purchase - very tender and so good for quick sandwiches and wraps.

Great flavor in the chicken; we added the carrots to the wrap for added crunch

Easy lunch to make. I added Franks hot sauce and some ranch to the chicken for a buffalo chicken version.

I really liked this. When I heated up the chicken, I added a pepper and salt. By the time I made this, the tomato was a little too soft for my liking (my fault of course), so I chopped a tomato I had in the frig and I also added some shredded cheddar cheese YUMMY. Since this recipe is for 2 people, my brother didn't want any...so I have some for lunch...

I added a step... I like a bit of crunch to tortillas, so I browned the wraps in a skillet on all sides.

I loved this one, but was disappointed with the value. We were sent two carrots for 4 people. It was definitely not filling, but it was delicious.

One carrot for two servings? Pretty skimpy. Also, I hate ranch dressing so I substituted honey mustard from my fridge. Much better! But now I'm stuck with ranch dressing I'll never use. Would love to have the option to swap things like mayo and ranch dressing to something better like yogurt and honey mustard dressing.

Okay recipe, easy to prepare. Produce was terrible quality. Better to toss the chicken in the ranch dressing and drizzle on the veggies. Even the chicken portion seems smaller lately.

This meal was a bit small... we were only sent two very small carrots, and my husband hates tomatoes so.... I sliced a cucumber and added it to the wrap and used as an addition to the 4 sticks we had. Tasted good though... and quick
