This flavorful version stars Turkish-spiced chicken, crisp cucumber, and juicy seasoned tomato wrapped in a warm tortilla spread with creamy, garlicky hummus and tangy yogurt. It’s a wholesome 10-minute lunch idea you can enjoy at home or, just as easily, take on the road.

2 teaspoon (tsp)

Black Pepper

Wash and dry produce.
Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Thinly slice crosswise into strips.
In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine chicken, Turkish Spice Blend, a drizzle of olive oil, a pinch of salt, and pepper. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave until warmed through, 2-3 minutes.

Meanwhile, trim and quarter cucumber lengthwise; cut into ½-inch pieces. Cut tomato into ½-inch wedges; season with a drizzle of olive oil and salt.
Wrap tortillas in damp paper towels and microwave until soft and pliable, 20-30 seconds.

Lay tortillas out on a clean work surface. Spread hummus over bottom half of each tortilla; top with spiced chicken (draining first), cucumber, and seasoned tomato. Drizzle with as much yogurt as you like. Fold up bottom side of each tortilla over filling, then fold over left and right sides toward the filling. Roll up tortillas, starting with filled sides, to form wraps.

Halve wraps on a diagonal; divide between plates and serve.
I didn't expect to like this as much as I did, or for it to be as filling a meal as it proved to be. Loved all of it, I might use some green onion/scallion next time for a bit of crunch & extra flavor but it was very good & super easy!
This was super quick to make, tasted great, and the leftovers held up well for lunch the following day! Perfect for a busy weeknight meal!
YUM! Would definitely get this again. Especially with a chicken I can cook fresh which is what I subbed. Some feta and olives would be nice to add to make it even better (I did myself....)
This was nicely portioned and tasty but it needs something extra as an ingredient: beans or rice.
Delicious meal. The mini cucumbers that came with the meal were soft and starting to decompose in the paper bag! I had to buy some but overall the meal was easy to prepare and good to eat!

It was really good. The cucumbers were bad but luckily I had just bought some. I did add some feta cheese which gave it more flavor. Super quick and easy weekday meal!
I'm not real big on the Turkish seasoning. So I backed off a little and it tasted better.
